Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in preferably Lund, Sweden or alternatively Modena, Italy. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!
What you will do
* Implement the global strategy and lead the collaboration with Corporate Governance, Communications, Marketing, and Portfolio teams, acting in a sustainable framework as the spokesperson and key contact for the sector. This includes actively participating in relevant meetings.
* Take ownership in coordinating the sector-wide corporate governance related communication and ensuring its effectiveness.
* Lead the product and solution related internal and external value-based selling communication workstream.
* Run the channel marketing related initiatives, including ensuring engagement, creating content, and coordinating stakeholder involvement.
* Be responsible for maintaining a fit-for-purpose monitoring system to track return on investment of different initiatives and ensure they support delivery of our financial plans.
* Analyse and support the effective management of leads and opportunities to enable sales.
* Report to the VP of the Business Sector and participate in parts of the Business Sector’s Management Team meetings.
We believe you have
* A master’s degree in a Business-Related Field, Marketing, Communications, or Sales (Graduated 2024-2025).
* Possibly experience working in Marketing/Sales departments of FMCG Companies, Advertising Agencies, or your own or other’s Start-Up Environment.
* Fluency in English, written and spoken.
* Good communication skills, written and spoken.
* Previous international studies/experience as well as working with different stakeholders are considered meritorious.
