Lead the Front-of-House Operations at Angelica Capri
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Chef de Range to join our young, dynamic team and lead the front-of-house operations with warmth, professionalism, and a strong sense of hospitality.
Angelica Capri is a small, exclusive restaurant with limited seating, offering a carefully curated menu that blends authentic family recipes with a modern touch. Frequented by both locals and international guests, we are a place where high-quality ingredients, exceptional service, and a welcoming atmosphere come together to create a truly special experience.
Your Role:
* Oversee and coordinate daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service.
* Lead and inspire the front-of-house team, fostering a collaborative and energetic work environment.
* Maintain the highest standards of guest experience, ensuring every visitor feels welcome and valued.
* Work closely with the kitchen and bar teams to ensure seamless communication and service flow.
* Manage reservations and customer relations, helping to maintain and enhance our restaurant's reputation.

* Previous experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality.
* A passion for Italian cuisine and a deep understanding of the hospitality industry.
