Due to their year-over-year growth, they seek a dynamic Account Executive to join their Italian entity. With significant opportunities for growth and development, you will build lasting relationships with top clients.
Your primary objective is to establish and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their focus and anticipating their needs.
* Actively identify new business opportunities among potential clients.
* Develop and maintain a portfolio of customers by selling new solutions and services.
* Collaborate with internal departments to respond to tenders and create commercial proposals.
* Establish partnerships with integrator/vendor companies.
* Ensure sales profitability and meet or exceed sales targets.
* BUILD AND MAINTAIN RELATIONSHIPS WITH RETAIL INDUSTRY LEADERS AT THE HIGHEST LEVEL
* Participate in client events, trade shows, and other industry gatherings.
* Support marketing efforts by developing business cases, communications, and customer success stories.
The ideal candidate has:
* Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a business-related field.
* 4-5 years of experience in account management and sales of complex hardware and software solutions.
* A proven track record of achieving/exceeding sales goals.
* Familiarity with the retail industry is an asset.
* The ability to understand clients' needs and add value.
* High personal drive and proactive work methods.
* Strong negotiation skills.
* Effective task prioritization.
