MAIN PURPOSE OF ROLE
Within the ANI International division, the figure will be responsible for supporting the Marketing team in developing and launching new products as well as supporting the coordination of marketing cross-functional projects.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
* Support the Brand Manager and Head of Marketing for the scouting and launch of new products in the market;
* Develop a schedule for project completion that effectively allocates the resources to the activities;
* Ensure project plans and timings are updated and closely followed by all stakeholders, tracking time and KPIs;
* Provide regular communication of progress and metrics to key stakeholders;
* Support Brand Managers in working with external agencies to create marketing communication materials for identified projects.
* Support the Brand Managers in evaluating ROI of major project/initiative.
* Act in full coherence with the local law, ensure integration of all legal and regulatory, comply with Abbott policies and proactively respecting legal and OEC procedures.
SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
* University Degree in Engineering, Business Administration or STEM disciplines.
* Project management experience will be preferred.
* Proven skills in prioritization and execution.
* Fluent in English.
* Computer Skills: proficient in Excel and PowerPoint.
