Shopper Excellence Intern (ERT)

Main Responsibilities:
* Monitor internal and external performance through analysis of sell-in, sell-out, market evolution and market share, stock-in-trade, and profitability.
* Manage Sales Fundamentals: distribution, in-store availability, Share of Shelf, and Share of Secondary placement.
* Secure a successful launch for New Product Introductions (NPI) by tracking regular launch KPIs.
* Optimize promotional strategy by building a quarterly promo calendar and planning Super Peak moments.
* Optimize extra display strategy by building a quarterly extra display calendar.
To Succeed in This Role:
* You'll need a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Economics or a related field.
* Advanced Excel proficiency and strong analytical and business acumen are required.
* Being proactive, independent, and collaborative with a solution-focused mindset is essential.
* Proficiency in Italian and English is necessary.
