We are looking for a Sales Account Manager to create long-term, trusting relationships with our customers for our Coating and Textile Business Line with the main target to achieve and possibly exceed annual revenue target (Budget) for the assigned accounts.Reporting to Sales Director the Sales Account Manager’s role is to handle a portfolio of assigned customers, develop new business from existing clients and actively seek new sales opportunities, according to the company strategy guidelines.Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports.Sales Account Manager answers client queries and identify new business opportunities among existing customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams (including Customer Service and Product Development departments) to improve the entire customer experience.The position requires frequent travel.ResponsibilitiesServe as the lead point of contact for all customer account management mattersBuild and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationshipsNegotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profitsEnsure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectivesClearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholdersDevelop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotasForecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusCollaborate with sales team to identify and grow opportunities within territoryRequirements and skillsProven work experience as Technical Sales Account Manager, Account Manager or relevant role in the CASE and Textile CoatingMarketDemonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organizationSolid experience with MS Office and knowledge of CRM softwareExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsProven ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detailExcellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilitiesStrong verbal and written communication skillsAvailability to Travel (Europe mainly).Fluent in English (both written and oral) – second language will be preferential.
