Main Responsibilities:
* The ideal candidate collaborates with the Merchandising Dept. to identify exclusive product's drops or product exclusivity for the digital DTC by season/category;
* Together with the Marketing Dept, he/she completes the calendar of periodic initiatives for the correct supply and availability of products;
* He/She carries out pre-season buying activities and the related season OTB to ensure consistency of the assortment with respect to other channels, taking into account the peculiarities and needs of digital channels;
* He/She will be in charge of analyzing the digital DTC channel performance (e.g. Sell-through) and consequently proposes stock restocking and swap actions between digital sub-channels to optimize performance (allocation);
* He/She is responsible of proposing the implementation of promotional initiatives to optimize the digital DTC channel performance;
* He/She analyzes the actions and strategies of the main competitors in relation to product policies for the digital DTC channel (also in comparison with physical channels);
* He/She takes care of the visual merchandising web activities, enhancing it in view of the commercial performance of the digital DTC, but remaining at the same time coherent and aligned with the company storytelling;
* He/She is involved in the analysis for the evolutionary activities of UX and UI within the digital DTC platforms to maximize the display and the impact on visual merchandising;
* He/She draws up and maintains product information (product master data) for their presentation on the digital DTC channels;
* He/She is regularly updated on industry trends, to ensure that the Digital merchandising approach is optimized and cutting-edge, all of which strictly adhering to the guidelines established by the Merchandising Dept.;
* He/She creates and manages digital DTC reports
Key Requirements:
* Bachelor degree in Economics or equivalent;
* 4/5 years' experience in the same role, preferably in the footwear/sportswear business;
* In-depth knowledge of retail and digital dynamics (E-commerce, Marketplace);
* Possession of passion for footwear and sports wear;
* Strong communication and relationship skills;
* Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines;
* Strong analytical skills and capability of business report comprehension;
* Ability to adapt to the unexpected and to work by priority;
* Organizational and management skills;
* Ability to interact with management level actors;
* Effective and accurate reporting;
* Positive, proactive, creative, flexible attitude, team-working & problem solving oriented;
* Autonomy, initiative and stress management skills;
* Fluent in English. Knowledge of a second foreign language is welcome;
* Excellent knowledge of the Office Package
