Job Description
* Develop and achieve sales growth in assigned territories by promoting the product portfolio and meeting revenue and profit objectives.
* Build strong relationships with distributors, dealers, agents, and importers in your area to secure profitable long-term partnerships.
* Be accountable for annual sales forecasts and budgets, and conduct regular reviews.
* Identify and convert market opportunities into commercial results through scouting, acquisition, and analysis.
* Develop market knowledge, build networks, analyze market evolutions, and report findings.
* Maintain credit management and work closely with the finance department.
* Collaborate with all departments, including sales, R&D, product managers, marketing, finance, and C-level executives.
* Participate in relevant trade fairs.
* Report directly to the CEO.
Requirements
* Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agribusiness, Agriculture, Ag Tech, Mechanical Engineering, or Economics.
* At least 7 years of successful B2B sales experience in the agricultural equipment sector.
* Proficient in MS Office applications.
* Fluent in Italian and German, with professional English skills. Other European languages are an asset.

This role is based at our office near the Verona, Mantova or Bologna area, with frequent travel to assigned market areas. A hybrid formula with partial home office may be possible depending on your current location.
