What you'll be doing
* Lead and strengthen the relationship with the corporate clients in your portfolio, ensuring agreed service levels are delivered and new business opportunities are identified.
* Proactively originate new deals to corporate clients in your portfolio.
* Pursue a holistic advisory approach based on client's needs to become the client's undisputed WoCa Trusted Advisor.
* Strengthen our WoCa leadership position on innovative, digital and strategic solutions.
* Develop/execute strategic sales pitching plan to clients in your portfolio and to key identified prospects to acquire new WoCa clients.
* Work in close coordination with corporate coverage colleagues and foster cross selling business opportunities.
* Deliver, in compliance with the relevant credit risk strategies and risk appetite framework:
* Revenues, loan volumes and turnover growth;
* WoCa share of wallet increase;
* Profitability and risk/return KPIs improvement.
What you'll need to succeed
* Sound experience and background in the Italian Corporate Banking market, acquisition and negotiating skills with focus on results.
* Corporate, loan/financing business, transaction banking and factoring business background.
* Proven sales/origination capabilities & client centric approach.
* University degree in business, economics and/or similar education/experience.
* Fluent in spoken and written English, ideally another foreign language.
