We are looking for a Sales Engineer for our Sales Department in a team-based culture focused on innovation and customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities
Manage requests for tenders from a technical and sales point of view;
Interface with the R&D Department and Technical Office to prepare and draft technical- sales offers;
Analysing customer requirements in order to offer the best solution to their needs;
Manage the customer relationship in all phases of the offer;
Research and visit new customers with the aim of developing the company's commercial portfolio;
Organising and scheduling visits to customers in order to promote, develop and maintain business and partnership relations with them;
Analysing customers' needs and seeking consultancy solutions in order to meet their requirements;
Prepare and make technical presentations explaining the particularities of products to one's customers and potential customers;
Participate in product design by providing solutions to meet customer needs;
Manage the entire commercial process: from the drafting of the quotation to the taking of the order
Ensure the achievement of targets according to the company's benchmark KPIs for service and turnover;
The requirements for the role are:
Previous experience in the role
Engineering degree;
Consolidated experience in handling business negotiations;
Knowledge of plastics materials
Excellent knowledge of written and spoken English.
Good communication and interpersonal skills, results orientation, proactivity and effective work management and planning complete the profile.
