Sephaa is looking for an Area Manager to join its team in the Metropolitan City of Milan, Italy.
As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for managing a geographical area and ensuring that Sephora's sales targets are met. Your key responsibilities will include:
* Reach geographical area economic targets
* Improve and develop geographical area's turnover
* Promote the correct flow of capital information to/from headquarter and stores
* Guarantee the correct application of Groups' policies and economic policies (prices, promotions, communications)
* In charge of employees' health and safety, acting as safety authority
* Supervise and approve HR policies among the stores of his/her competency in partnership with the HRBP retail of the Area
* Manage employees career paths in collaboration with HRBP Retail of the Area
* Support Store Managers when needed
* Check constantly his/her own geographical Areas' targets through management tools provided (sales, profits, shop profits, KPIs)
* Elaborate and share with the Store Manager and Specialist the appropriate use of development plans in order to achieve Group's goals
* Implement and adapt National commercial strategy to his/her Geographical Area according to local needs and peculiars
* Manage relationship with Training Department in order to develop Retail Employees' Expertise
* Manage relationships with Brands in order to implement commercial activities and plans
* Competitor's analysis in order to understand the market and to implement new strategies in cooperation with Sales Director and all the Sales Team
* Being confident with social media, animate Sephora Community
* Be an ambassador in external bureaucratic relations and employer branding events when involved
* Participate in projects with all the HQ Departments
Requirements:
* 5/7 years of experience as Area Manager in dynamic and international environment
* Strong financial and analytical skills
* Excellent relationship abilities both for internal and external stakeholders
* Resilience to working in a highly dynamic environment
* Advanced level of English is mandatory
