Position Mission
The Junior Key Account supports the commercial team in managing and developing relationships with the company's strategic customers. This role works closely with the Sales and Commercial department to ensure that key customers receive excellent service, contributing to the achievement of sales objectives and customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the Commercial Function in managing assigned customers, ensuring that they are constantly followed and monitored and that they always have an in-depth understanding of the company's products and solutions
• Build and maintain solid relationships with customers through periodic meetings and visits aimed at understanding their needs and defining customized solutions
• Take care of after-sales management (monitoring of customer satisfaction, management of any complaints or non-conformities, etc...) and verify, in agreement with the PMO office, that all invoicing and contractual milestones are satisfied and respected by both parties
• Contribute proactively to commercial negotiations, managing your assigned customer portfolio in compliance with the strategies defined by the Commercial function and Group policies
• Create periodic reports to be circulated to the Commercial function, the PMO, the Technical Office and the Company Management, in which to summarize the evidence found with the various customers in order to support the definition of internal technical and commercial priorities
• Manage key customer and project data in the internal Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, ensuring all information is always up to date and accurate
• Participate in defining and implementing go-to-market strategies for assigned products and engineering solutions, ensuring key customers are informed and engaged at crucial stages of the product lifecycle
• Collect and analyze data on product sales performance from key customers, identifying opportunities for improvement or growth
• Coordinate with product development, marketing, and sales teams to align business activities with product strategies and customer feedback, consequently keeping company presentations of products and proprietary solutions always up to date
• Stay updated on trends and best practices in the various sectors in which the Company operates, in order to ensure that the competitive advantage is maintained over the various competitors (benchmarking)
Technical Skills, Qualifications and Professional Experience
• Degree in STEM (preferred) or Economics
• Good knowledge of English language
• 5 years of experience in similar roles at companies operating in the engineering/innovation field
• Proactivity and problem solving
• Curiosity for technological and innovation topics (Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Sensors, Applied Electromagnetism, etc...)
• Strong commercial skills
