For our client, we are looking for aChief of PeopleChief of People responsibilities include designing and evaluating career paths, overseeing all HR functions and crafting strategies that meet company business goals.ResponsibilitiesAct as a strategic partner to the leadership team and abroad HR department, providing insights and recommendations on people-related mattersWork closely with the leadership team to ensure effective objective setting performance reviews.Formulate career development plansLead initiatives to improve employee engagement and retention, including conducting surveys and implementing action plans based on feedbackPromote inclusion in the workplace and reinforce the company position as an equal opportunity employer in the industryCollaborate with department heads to identify current and future hiring needs.Ensure the hiring, onboarding and management procedures are lean and efficientWork with the finance department to run and supervise the payroll processLiaise with external consultants (job and legal)Develop HR policies and make sure people comply with itRequirements and skillsWork experience as a Chief HR Officer, VP of HR or similar roleExperience in strategic planningIn-depth knowledge of all HR functionsHands-on experience with HR software (Success factors, salesforce)Good understanding of Italian labor legislationExcellent leadership abilitiesCommunication and problem-solving skillsBSc/MSc in Human Resources Management, Organizational Psychology or relevant fieldFluency or C1 level in English is a mustPlace of work: Palermo
