GRADUATE PROGRAM - ADECCO FIELD EXPERIENCE
An opportunity to train and acquire skills through an experiential path, preparing you to take on key roles in Sales, from Account Specialist to Branch Manager.
Mission
In the first phase of the Graduate Program, you will start with an internship as an Account Specialist in one of our branches. Here you will get to know the Adecco Group and its brands, experiencing firsthand the world of sales and receiving complete training.
During the program, you will accompany the Branch Manager to gain mastery of the role. Subsequently, you will be responsible for commercial development and customer loyalty in your territory, becoming a Sales Account.
At the end of the course, you will reach the role of Branch Manager, managing a branch, its turnover, and the team.
Main activities you will learn to perform
* Determine the commercial development methods of the branch, also through the use of new digital sales tools (CRM, BI).
* Plan daily contacts and visits to manage/conquer customers based on the analysis made on the territory of competence and through the use of the company's CRM.
* Implement proactive commercial development actions (phone calls, negotiations, offers), conquest visits, and loyalty actions.
* Manage the negotiation and commercial relationship with the customer.
Requirements
* Degree (conceived or in progress)
* Knowledge of the English language
