Responsibilities: Patient Support: Improve patient outcomes through education, implementing latest clinical best practices and medical staff interaction, with emphasis on OR and ICU. Visit key institutions where patients have been equipped with Impella Pump portfolio to collect clinically relevant data. Proctor/-support cases in new surgical accounts as well as complex cases at experienced sites. Perform After Action Reviews (AAR) with MDs following cases and communicate results. Surgical Account Training & Management: Responsible for ongoing training at European surgical key sites. Enable and drive the growth and performance of our surgical business.
