The person will report direclty to the Director of the Sales team and CEO.The ideal candidate will expand the scope of services, maintain operational excellence, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction. Additionally, this role entails managing and developing team members. About the RoleAs a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for shaping and executing sales strategies within the automotive sector. Your mission is to expand our client portfolio, forge strategic relationships with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and key industry partners, and contribute to the company’s commercial success. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement effective sales strategies and business plan tailored to the automotive market to grow the business and generate revenue.Identify and pursue new business opportunities while strengthening relationships with key clients (OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, distributors, etc.).Negotiate contracts and commercial agreements, ensuring favorable conditions for the company.Collaborate closely with internal teams to align sales efforts with business objectives.Monitor and analyze sales performance, implementing solutions to optimize results.Represent the company at industry events and trade shows, expanding the network and promoting brand awareness. What We’re Looking ForBachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales within the automotive or industrial sector.Strong expertise in B2B sales, negotiation strategies, and account management.Proven ability to manage high-profile clients and establish long-term strategic partnerships.Proven experience in sales and business developmentExcellent communication, leadership, and goal-oriented mindset.Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).Solid understanding of quality and operational processes within the automotive or manufacturing industries, including quality tools (e.g., APQP, PPAP, FMEA, Lean Manufacturing).
