What Will You Do With Us?
As a Sales Operations Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth and efficient daily operations of our sales process. You will focus on maintaining high-quality data, monitoring performance metrics, and driving operational excellence within our sales team. Your contributions will directly impact the growth of our Individual Doctors business and the effectiveness of our sales force.
Reporting to the Sales Excellence Director, your key responsibilities will include:
* Optimizing Sales Operations: Design and implement automations to streamline sales processes, boosting operational efficiency.
* Tracking Performance: Monitor KPIs, metrics, and team performance, providing actionable insights to managers and team leaders to enhance productivity across the board.
* Continuous Improvement: Rethink existing processes, identify bottlenecks, and work relentlessly to improve automations, KPIs, and tools to ensure maximum efficiency.
* Collaboration for Success: Work closely with the Data Quality team to develop tools that make operations smoother and more effective.
* Global Alignment: Coordinate with the global team to align our processes with best practices across other countries.
* Ensure Timely Action: Ensure that leads are assigned and contacted promptly, playing a pivotal role in maintaining operational efficiency.
Who Are We Looking For?
* At least 1 year of experience in Business Operations or a similar role.
* Fluent in English; knowledge of Salesforce and HubSpot is a plus.
* Comfortable using GSuite and data management tools to support operations.
* Strong team-working abilities with excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Proven analytical mindset, capable of analyzing data, evaluating situations, and solving problems effectively.
