Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Manager based in either Milan or Rome. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, maintaining client relationships, and spearheading strategic initiatives. Day-to-day tasks include market research, developing sales strategies, negotiating contracts, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role requires coordination with various departments to align business objectives and deliver high-quality services.
