OEM Sales Engineer

You will be mainly accountable for:
* Evaluating territory performance and identifying new business opportunities;
* Developing sales and end user customer accounts using appropriate product solutions;
* SUCCESSFULLY building relationships with the current customer base and providing necessary sales support;
* Preparing and presenting bids and quotations to customers using company price and delivery guidelines while using sound business judgment;
* Advising customers on the proper selection, use, and maintenance of specific technology applications, as well as recommending training opportunities offered by the company;
* EDUCATING new and existing customers on B&R technology;
* Following up on all marketing leads and providing feedback;
* Planning promotional events, presentations, and special projects;
* Working with regional and corporate resources to develop and close opportunities;
* Representing the organization in a professional, ethical, and socially responsible manner
Qualifications
* You have a technical education in Mechatronics, Electronics, and technical design;
* You have previous experience in automation technology and motion systems drive sales;
* Knowledge of PLCs, motion, drives, industrial PCs, distributed I/O, and HMI technologies;
* You have solid application and software development experience;
* You have a willingness to travel;
* You are at ease communicating in Italian and English, both written and spoken;
* You have excellent communication skills and a strong customer-oriented approach;
* You are highly inclined to work in a team.
