We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manufactured Home Community Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a 300-pad community. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, strong customer service abilities, and the ability to manage responsibilities efficiently. Responsibilities: Oversee all aspects of community operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. Collaborate with the Regional Manager to implement policies and improve community performance. Address resident inquiries and concerns professionally and promptly. Conduct weekly property inspections to ensure high standards of cleanliness and maintenance. Manage rent collection and delinquency follow-ups. Oversee projects, vendor contracts, proposals, and community improvements. Qualifications & Experience: Previous experience as a Community Manager or similar role in the real estate or property management industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook). Experience with property management software (Rent Manager preferred). Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills. Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents and vendors. Sales experience is a plus.
