Business Development Manager
Savino Del Bene seeks a Business Development Manager for one of its Global Vertical Markets.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for international business development, implementing sales strategies, and strengthening the company's positioning in assigned markets.
To achieve this, they will collaborate with the group's commercial teams and engage directly with large international clients.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop commercial strategy for assigned countries by analyzing current positioning, development prospects, and priority objectives for relevant industry sector.
* Define promotional activity plan, including participation in trade fairs.
* Carry out development actions to acquire new clients, both indirectly by supporting Group's commercial teams at local level and directly by engaging with large international clients.
* Identify new channels and methods for reaching clients.
* Monitor sales performance, analyze metrics, and take corrective actions for assigned markets.
Required Skills and Experience:
* At least 8 years of experience in freight forwarding sector in internationally-oriented commercial roles.
* Preferably, bachelor's or master's degree.
* Strong skills in sales development.
* Experience in market analysis, budgeting, and forecasting activities.
* Experience in developing marketing strategies at regional and national levels.
* Leadership and people development skills.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
* Fluent knowledge of both English and Italian.
* Willingness to travel internationally.
