Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Chef de Partie to join our culinary team.
Responsibilities:
Assist the Executive Sous Chef in menu planning and preparation.
Supervise kitchen staff and ensure seamless operation during peak periods.
Maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a high-end hotel or restaurant.
Excellent knowledge of classical cuisine and ability to innovate new dishes.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
Working Conditions:
