Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive Education sales strategy that supports Apple’s growth in the Italian education market, focusing on both K-12 and Higher Education. Drive adoption of Apple technology in learning environments by engaging with key education stakeholders, including Ministries of Education, school districts, universities, and educational leaders. Build and maintain strong relationships with senior leadership within educational institutions, government bodies, and key influencers to drive large-scale transformation projects. Work closely with resellers and channel partners to align on go-to-market strategies and ensure effective pipeline development and execution. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, government engagement, and product teams, to deliver integrated solutions tailored to the education sector. Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team with deep expertise in education technology. Foster a collaborative, innovation-driven culture that aligns with Apple’s values and long-term vision for education. Ensure a robust and sustainable sales pipeline that supports Apple’s leadership in the Italian education sector. Represent Apple at the highest level, serving as an advocate for technology-driven learning and digital transformation in education.
Minimum Qualifications
* Strong experience in sales, business development, or leadership roles within the education sector or technology-driven learning environments.
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
* Fluency in Italian and English is required.
Preferred Qualifications
* Deep experience in the Education market in Italy, with a strong network of decision-makers across K-12 and Higher Education institutions.
* Proven track record of delivering large-scale education transformation initiatives, working closely with government entities and academic institutions.
* Strong experience managing and engaging with C-suite stakeholders, government officials, and academic leaders to drive technology adoption in education.
* Ability to balance short-term business growth with long-term strategic development, ensuring sustainable impact in the education sector.
* Exceptional interpersonal and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams.
