GFIC recruits for a Global Food Ingredients company:
Sales Manager Nutritional, Cosmetical and Functional Food Ingredients
Home office based, you will visit regularly the head office in Germany.
Area: Italy
* Important: you have selling experience of supplements to food, cosmetic, and pharmaceutical clients in Italy to B2B clients.
* You have experience of selling supplements to Contract Manufacturing Companies or you are working for a CMO company.
* You are very sales driven.
Tasks
* You will be responsible for business development and sales of our products in nutritional supplements, cosmetical, and functional foods areas.
* You will sell phytonutrients and standardized herbal extracts, specialty fine chemicals, and organic intermediates used in the nutritional, pharmaceutical, and food industries to business-to-business clients.
* As a sales manager, you will be traveling 50% of the time, meeting B2B customers.
Requirements
Qualification and competence requirements:
* 5 years of work experience in B2B food ingredients/supplements sector.
* Commercial background in sales & marketing.
* A scientific degree, ideally in food technology, biochemistry, chemistry, pharmacy, biology, or comparable.
* Fluent in English and Italian.
