Amazon currently seeks a talented, Italian-speaking Lever Specialist based in Milan to support the optimization of seller performance across European Amazon marketplaces. You will join as a Lever Specialist supporting the Strategic Account Services (SAS) team, playing a crucial role in empowering marketplace consultants who help retailers maximize their success on Amazon's third-party marketplace.
We're seeking a Lever Specialist to support our Marketplace Consultants team with expert knowledge and strategic insights. You'll become a true program expert, helping to navigate ambiguity and drive success for our Strategic Account Services (SAS) Sellers.
What You'll Do:
1. Develop deep expertise across Amazon's programs (as Inventory Health Management, High Average Selling Price Items FBA solutions), becoming the go-to resource for Marketplace Consultants.
2. Support Consultants, also participating in Seller Conversations, by providing in-depth knowledge and navigating complex scenarios in order to support Italian Selling Partners seeking an expert consultation.
3. Analyze Program performance, identifying optimization opportunities across seller accounts.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues and improve program execution.
5. Create training materials to upskill Consultants on lever intricacies and best practices.
6. Stay informed on lever changes, translating complex information into actionable insights.
7. Contribute to strategic approaches leveraging multiple levers for seller success.
What You'll Bring:
1. Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex lever data.
2. Excellent communication skills in English and Italian.
3. Strategic mindset coupled with attention to detail.
4. Ability to thrive in ambiguous situations and navigate evolving lever landscapes.
5. Bachelor's degree in business, economics, data science, or related field.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience in program management, business analysis, or e-commerce.
2. Strong data analysis skills and proficiency in analytical tools.
3. Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
4. Passion for diving deep into program mechanics.
5. Ability to work cross-functionally and influence without direct authority.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
1. Experience with in-depth knowledge of multiple business programs or systems.
2. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and seller-focused programs.
3. Background in consulting or providing expert support to client-facing teams.
