PRESALE ENGINEER CYBER SECURITY
Main Responsibilities:
Delivering presentations, demonstrations, training, consultation and sales support services to prospective and current clients
Working closely with sales team to propose and identify solutions to address customers’ requests
Work with Sales to provide a timely response for technical RFI/RFP questions
Liaising with Sales team developing products/services according to the market insights/needs
Identify/Propose upselling/cross-selling opportunities
Explore/qualify new opportunity/leads according to the markets/customers insights
Build/enhance relationships with customers and proactively seeking new sales opportunities
Hard skills:
In-depth knowledge of computer science and cybersecurity issues
Broad, several years of specialist know-how in the field of cyber security
Proven success in presales and/or consulting in the area of cyber security
In-depth knowledge of the security monitoring tools (e.G. QRadar, Splunk, Sentinel, etc.) and security platform (EDR, NDR, email protection, SASE, etc.)
Proven experience of a Consultative Selling approach in a customer facing role
Demonstrated ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers, partners, and internal teams
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including IT decision-makers, security professionals, and C-level executives
Ideal Candidate Profile:
You possess a Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field
Excellent communication/presentation skills
Solid expertise about IT/Cyber Security topics
Project Management skills
Solid attitude to work/resource organization and time-attention
Goal-oriented attitude
Team-working oriented
Ability to work closely and collaboratively with different team members
Experienced in Market research and Product development
Influencing and negotiation skills
