Payroll Specialist
Description and Characteristics of the Position
We are looking for a professional with a minimum experience in the role within Professional Studies or Category Associations. As part of the Payroll Team, you will manage practices related to labor policies (hiring, dismissals, wage slips...) for small, medium, and large-sized client companies.
Role and Responsibilities
* Gestione assunzioni, variazioni e cessazioni di rapporti di lavoro
* Gestione di aperture, variazioni e chiusure di posizioni aziendali INPS e INAIL
* Elaborazione Paghe e Contributi (calcolo retribuzioni, trattenute fiscali e previdenziali, indennità, premi) e analisi di tutte le voci di costo e degli istituti contrattualmente previsti
* Elaborazione delle dichiarazioni annuali (CU, autoliquidazioni Inail, 770), dei versamenti fiscali e contributivi
Reporting Hierarchy: Responsible of the Payroll and Contributions Office
Functional Relations:
Internal: colleagues of the office
External: clients
Requirements to Participate in the Selections:
* Minimum experience in the same role, within consulting firms
* Excellent knowledge of main Collective Bargaining Agreements
* Complete autonomy in managing the payroll cycle
* Familiarity with hiring, dismissal, injury and all administrative management of workers
* Competence and autonomy in managing Uniemens -Mod. F24- personnel costs, welfare funds, sectoral bilateral entities, CIG, T.F.R., advance tax payment and balance, IRAP, sector studies
* Possible good knowledge of the Ranocchi application (TeamSystem)
* Excellent knowledge of the Office package
* Able to interact with different roles, both internally and externally to the company

Place of Work: Busto Arsizio (VA)
Working Hours: full-time 40 hours per week, from Monday to Friday, from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm with a one-hour break.
Type of Contract: Temporary/Determinate/Indeterminate
Salary Package: To be defined based on what will emerge from the interviews and comparison with the profile and experience of the candidates who will compete for the position.
Benefits: as per the relevant collective bargaining agreement.
