Your Mission
You will be responsible of an assigned territory for the achievement of specific sales targets and for the improvement of brands’ positioning and image.
Acting a Brand Ambassador guarantee the right support and implementation to marketing and commercial plans, to achieve the right economic impact and ROI
Main Responsibilities
* Take orders and implement sales plan in line with commercial agreements, respect of payment terms and conditions, supervision of the implementation of trade marketing plans
* Monthly reporting and dashboards on sales KPIS
* Ensure product portfolio strategy at POS, optimal stock management.
* Presents in detailed novelties and constantly map and monitor competitors
* Accountable for excellence in execution at POS merchandising, ensuring it is implemented as per brand guideline.
Your Profile
To be able to achieve the above and be successful in this role, we believe you need to have
* Master’s degree in Economics or Marketing or Management Engineering;
* Problem solving and entrepreneurial thinking;
* Relational skills and flexibility;
* At least 2 years of previous experience in Sales area within luxury beauty company;
* Availability to travel across the Italian territory;
* Driving license;
* Fluent in English.
* At least 3 years in a similar position

communicative, proactive team-player with high level of reliability and integrity, good at influencing and negotiation skills
* Results driven, while being able to priorities, and able to works at a high level as well as in detail
