Logista has a team of highly qualified professionals comprising more than 7,000 direct employees and 15,000 collaborators, focused on offering their clients a service that is both efficient and adapted to their every necessity.The Junior Buyer will manage the « Source to Pay » process for indirect categories, delivering the best procurement solutions for the Company in terms of cost savings, quality and supplier performances, in compliance with best practices and Company procedures.Main responsibilities:Analyse the market to find the best opportunities and suppliers to be invited in the tenders for the following purchase categories: Corporate Services - marketing, consultancies, travel - Packaging materials, Industrial supplies, Facility management, IT, CAPEX;Issue tender enquires, analyse, negotiate and evaluate bids;Collaboration with the legal office for the revision of contracts;Conclude contracts, frame and price agreements with suppliers;Act as procurement process owner establishing strong cross-functional working relationship (e.g. internal customers, legal office, finance, controlling…) in order to deliver tangible bottom line results;Participation in the needs analysis phase with internal customers in order to clearly define the technical requirements of the products/service to be provisioned by suppliers.
