Job description
LIONARD is looking for a Sales Team Leader for its office in Milan.
A mandatory requirement is the qualification as a real estate agent. Candidates without this qualification will not be considered.
Main areas of responsibility and expected activities
* Contribute actively to the company's expansion plan, which aims to triple revenue within a five-year period.
* Manage the following activities:
- Ensure the achievement of sales targets set by management.
- Monitor the work of sales professionals in the Sales Department according to company standards and in line with defined KPIs;
- Directly manage clients, commercial relationships, and related negotiations;
- Support the sales team in high-value strategy negotiations;
- Contribute to developing and enhancing the sales skills of the team;
- Encourage and motivate the team to develop commercial relationships with clients of value;
- Strategically plan daily activities based on customer needs;
- Develop a commercial policy in line with company strategies;

* At least 3-5 years of previous experience in the role in structured real estate contexts, where responsibilities and team management have been developed;
* Passion and interest in developing new skills in the luxury real estate sector;
* Strong initiative, strong commercial spirit, and customer-oriented approach;
* Analytical approach, attention to detail, organizational skills, and problem-solving abilities;
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, flexibility, and adaptability to change;
* Real estate agent qualification;
* Professional-level English language proficiency;
* Preferrably, a degree in economics or law.
