The Systems Engineer conducts component and product integration, focusing on activities that span multiple components and products to achieve maximum performance and interoperability.
The Systems Engineer will have a comprehensive understanding of complex technical concepts and principles. Strong knowledge of technologies that intersect with their technical space is essential. They will lead analytical and design activities using proven technologies and methods, communicate across the organization, and present to senior leaders on how technologies interconnect and contribute to overall strategy.
As a Systems Engineer, you will:
* Manage product and systems requirements, specifications, and flow down, driving validation and verification activities for the overall product/system, including system-level testing.
* Define product requirements for modules/components and manage interfaces between components and execution organizations.
* Drive CTQ/Risk trades within the design teams.
* Manage the overall product configuration and configuration control system.
Fuel your passion
To be successful in this role, you will:
* Have a Master's in Engineering, ideally in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering.
* Have at least 10 years of experience in an engineering capacity.
* Effectively communicate and possess a growth mindset.
* Have a proven track record of collaboration in multi-functional teams, with project management skills, and be Green Belt certified.
* Possess deep knowledge of turbo-machinery and their applications in the field.
* Have experience in advanced manufacturing, inspection, and repair processes.
