What will you be responsible for?
* Accountability for operational results
* Participating in the management of multiple teams across operations
* Optimizing all warehouse processes, including productivity and efficiency
* Collaborating across all departments
* Ensuring the smooth operation of the facility
* Participating in the acquisition of potential clients by explaining warehouse processes and the functioning of the entire B2C sector
* Managing and leading teams of internal and external employees
* Creating and evaluating reports and statistics, and subsequently presenting them to superiors
* Setting and monitoring productivity in work processes
What skills and experience should you have?
* Completed secondary education
* At least 3 years of experience in a similar role in logistics/warehousing/fulfillment/ecommerce
* Experience in leading a larger team
* Ability to analyze and work with data and metrics
* Advanced English proficiency
* A proactive approach—finding ways to make changes instead of reasons why things can't be done
