FUNCTIONS
We are currently looking for a Brand Marketing Manager, based in Milan, who will be responsible of defining, developing and implementing the marketing strategy and marking plans to grow the business and expansion plans in Italy. The ideal candidate will have a strong focus in Local Store Marketing and customers, to leverage the brand alongside with digital strategies. He/She will work with global marketing, agencies and all other related departments. As key responsibilities we can highlight the following: - Define, develop and implement the marketing strategy for the brand.- Define and execute the Marketing strategy and and LSM plan having a complete knowledge of every restaurant.- Define and execute digital strategies and campaigns.- Manage the Local Store Marketing plan supporting them on their marketing activities and ensuring they follow the goals to build the brand and achieve the expected results.- Liaise regularly with the HQ in order to get best practices that can be applied to the country.- Budget management and regular contact with agencies and suppliers.- Coordination with Operations and all the relevant stakeholders. Our ideal candidate will have: - University Degree- 5-10 years in Marketing department/Brand Management- Experience in QSR companies desirable- Category/ Food Retail experience is a plus- Leadership (business and people)- Thinking/analysis- Marketing Expertise- Collaboration- Analytical and financial acumen
