Who You Are: You’re a UX designer enthusiast, and excel at clear, effective communication. You succeed when working closely with a multidisciplinary team. A goal-driven environment allows you to be precise and create user-focused solutions. What You’ll Do: You’ll be part of the Design team in the Design and Architecture department of the CIO. This role requires crafting compelling, user-centred designs for end-to-end journeys, hubs, and products. More specifically: Autonomously deliver “Experience Concept” and “Experience Detail Design” on Eutelsat Group “Initiatives” based on the template defined. Conduct user research and analyze data to inform design decisions & iterate the Design based on user feedback and analytics. Develop user personas, journey maps, and wireframes. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement designs: product owners, business stakeholders, developers, Product & UI Designer. Validate the Design Review of all Designs on his perimeter. Communicate to stakeholders efficiently, including managers and top management occasionally.
