The team International Trade & Transaction Banking (ITB) works closely with multinational corporate clients and upper level Italian mid-caps and Large corporates.Their key responsibilities of ITB Italy include:Origination, structuring/ arranging and implementation of cross-border and domestic ECA covered financing and trade transactions, in close co-operation with the structuring team in Head Office, the international ITB network, the internal support functions,, and the Italian Authorities (SACE and Simest). Origination, structuring/ arranging and implementation of Cash Management and Supply Chain Financing transactions in close cooperation with the Product line at Head Office level and the local teams of the other countries of CA group network.Developing existing clients’ relationships and promote ITB products.As a support to the team dealing with all the activities above, the Intern will be educated and involved in:preparing commercial pitches tailored to the clients, preparing fiches for the internal committees and using the banking tools, writing up financial offers, supporting the structuring and execution of the transactions, including review of transaction documentations (Italian Authorities related documents, financial documentation, commercial contracts)preparing periodical reporting for the management on the business lines results and activities. The Intern will deal with an international, challenging and rapidly changing environment, which requires multi-tasking skills, team working attitude, relational skills, capabilities to work with time management and to respect strict deadlines.
