In this role you will report to the Human Resources & General Services Director and you will have the opportunity to gain international experience and build up knowledge on the business processes on luxury goods working in an increasingly challenging environment. MISSION AND KEY RESPONSABILITIES Work closely with management and employees to consolidate the LVMH Group and brand values throughout the population, improving working relationships, sense of belonging and ensuring daily support for any issues or critical situations. Manage the following HR processes and activities: Together with the 2 Administration Specialists reporting to you, you will guarantee the Administration and Payroll process, ensuring data accuracy in all HR tools while digitalizing as many actions as possible. Budgeting, reporting and rolling out the annual HR process such as salary reviews. Trade Union and Industrial Relations: manage daily relationship with the internal trade union, hold monthly meetings with them and participate to the definition of the internal agreements. Litigation, Legal and Compliance: guarantee the compliance with the law, the internal procedures, guidelines and the code of conduct. Handling litigations and disciplinary matters in accordance with company guidelines and procedures. Profile Education: Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in HR field Experience: Position requires minimum 6-8 years’ experience in HR field in a managerial role. Experience in luxury/fashion business will be a plus. Very good interpersonal and communication skills Ability to deal with multiple requests, to respect the deadlines and to set priorities Strong initiative and autonomy Team-working, proactivity and flexibility Problem solving and conflict resolution Analytical skills and data-driven approach Advanced user of MS office (Excel, Power Point, HRIS Systems) and at ease with the use of IT tools for HR (Zucchetti) Languages: Fluent in Italian and English, French is a plus.
