Main Responsibilities:
* Recruitment & Onboarding:
o Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job postings.
o Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and hiring candidates.
o Conduct new hire orientations and ensure smooth onboarding processes for new employees.
o Assist with background checks and other pre-employment procedures.
* Employee Relations:
o Act as a point of contact for employees regarding HR-related questions, issues, and concerns.
o Address employee relations matters professionally and confidentially, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
o Assist in conflict resolution and provide support in performance improvement plans.
* Performance Management:
o Support the performance appraisal process, providing guidance to managers and employees.
o Monitor employee performance and recommend appropriate actions.
o Promote employee development by identifying training and development needs.
* HR Policies & Compliance:
o Maintain and update employee records and HR systems.
o Ensure company policies are up to date and compliant with applicable labor laws and regulations.
o Provide support in audits and ensure HR practices align with cybersecurity industry standards and regulations (e.g., data protection laws, etc.).
* Training & Development:
o Assist in identifying and delivering training programs aimed at improving employee performance and skills development.
o Promote continuous learning in areas such as cybersecurity awareness, professional development, and workplace diversity.
* Employee Engagement & Retention:
o Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and help foster a positive, inclusive company culture.
o Support wellness programs and employee recognition efforts.
o Contribute to the development of retention strategies and monitor employee satisfaction.
* Payroll & Benefits Administration:
o Assist with payroll processing and ensure accurate and timely submission of time-off requests.
o Support benefits enrollment, inquiries, and compliance.
o Collaborate with external vendors on benefits offerings and act as the liaison for employees.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
* 2+ years of experience in HR, ideally within a cybersecurity, tech, or fast-paced industry.
* Strong understanding of HR policies, employment laws, and regulations.
* Experience with HR software and systems.
* High degree of confidentiality, integrity, and professionalism.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity industry-specific HR challenges and regulations is a plus.
