Job Description
Castelfalfi, a jewel set in the heart of Tuscany, is seeking a highly talented Sales Manager Leisure.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for contributing to our leisure strategy, building strong relationships with our team, and proposing new customers and agencies.
* Proactively contribute to our leisure strategy by working closely with the Director of Sales.
* Liaise and strengthen relationships with main accounts to drive business and increase market share.
* Investigate and identify new opportunities in line with market trends.
* Solicit and secure new business on behalf of the hotel using various prospecting resources.
* Qualify group business to generate revenue and impact RevPar performance.
* Create and execute account plans for assigned territories to ensure maximum revenue and budgeted targets are achieved.
* Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue and direct sales goals.
* Perform customer site inspections and conduct sales calls to uncover needs and present solutions.
* Track conversion and establish CRM hygiene.
* Participate in sales meetings and maintain effective correspondence with clients.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have:
* Fluent English language skills.
* At least 2 years of experience in the hospitality industry.
* Excellent speaking, listening, and presentation skills.
* Ability to work effectively independently and as a team.
* Diplomacy and negotiation skills.
