Responsibilities:
* Driving front line sales growth, primarily with new and strategically important customers and prospects (mainly System Integrator and OEM) within the Industry vertical.
* Representing Danfoss Drives within the Industry vertical, following and influencing short-term or long-term trends, leading product & solution offering and strategy.
* Being the industry spokesperson, coaching, guiding, and supporting the sales teams to find new growth opportunities.
* Securing Danfoss visibility by educating/training the markets and connecting in industry trade associations, exhibitions, publishing white papers, and marketing activities.
* Building and sharing application knowledge and best practices within the organization.
* Developing and delivering solutions with Project Teams and influencing communication with marketing resources tailored to market needs/trends and Danfoss strategic priorities.
* Ensuring bi-directional information flow between the market, sales team, and global teams when necessary.
* Studying the industry vertical to identify the right approach, following customer needs, market trends, competition strategy, and activities.
* Driving the push and pull strategy in close cooperation with the sales team in the industry vertical.
* Reporting activities and data analysis related to selling and Market Intelligence.
* Using Danfoss’s tools and relationships with internal stakeholders as Sales Engineer, Marketing, and Technical Support, selecting and proposing the most competitive Danfoss Solution.
* Supporting the sales strategies within the achievements of the budget.
Minimum Requirements:
* Master's Degree in electrical engineering or equivalent culture – knowledge in drives, electric motors, and automation is a plus.
* +5 years of experience gained in middle structured Multinational companies, in a similar role within the knowledge of the reference market.
* Negotiation and organizational skills with strong goal orientation.
* Strong knowledge of English Language (written and spoken).
* Skilled in presenting to large audiences.
* Customer and growth-oriented mindset with strong analytical ability.
* Interpersonal skills with a result-oriented mindset, focused on teamwork.
* Global mindset and excellent oral and written communication skills to efficiently communicate across all levels of the organization.
