Summary
Responsible for sustainable business development of ILSA S.p.A.'s product portfolio in assigned countries. Contributes to business success by implementing defined business plans (mix, volumes, prices, actions), developing valuable relationships with assigned customers and expanding the distribution network. Collaborates with other business functions to create new proposals for the market optimizing operations.
Territory: Europa – Korea – Vietnam - China
Main Responsibilities::
1. Definition of business plans by product, country, and customer. Propose export annual sales targets for the given territories.
2. Identification, profiling, and management of customers, to promote the business proposition and encourage its greater and more effective use to increase consumption of products in the portfolio.
3. Negotiation and definition of commercial conditions and contracts with customers, in accordance with the commercial management. Manage and monitor the implementation of new and existing clients within the given territories.
4. Updating sales forecasts, aligning production plans, and internal reporting on sales performance and margins.
5. In cooperation with Finance, monitor customer solvency and control the application of credit terms and conditions.
6. Dissemination of the company's knowledge, values, technology, and technical product information.
7. Pre- and post-sales technical communication and support for customer sell-out activities.
8. Regular visits to customers and implementing actions addressed to distributors, according to the plan agreed with sales management.
9. Support customers to provide existing and potential customers with in-depth audits and technical/application assistance.
10. Provide strategic marketing analysis of the different markets and establish the appropriate market development strategies, in partnership with the customers, for sustainable market growth.
Requirements & Qualifications:
11. Degree in agronomy preferred or related studies.
12. Minimum 5 years of similar practical experience in the agriculture sector.
13. Knowledge of the technical and economic dimensions of agricultural production and the agricultural inputs market, particularly the bio stimulants sector.
14. Expert in business development.
15. Customer-oriented, negotiation skills with external authorities.
16. Flexibility and adaptability, initiative, ability to take risks, developed interpersonal and collaborative skills.
17. Very good communication skills - fluency in Italian, English; other language is a plus.
18. Availability to travel abroad.
