What's the role about
As a Backend Engineer at MotorK, you'll be part of a dynamic team focused on delivering high-quality software solutions. You will develop and maintain scalable backend systems, support frontend teams with robust APIs, and integrate with various data sources. Your contributions will help us enhance our platform's capabilities and improve user experience.
Requirements
* Strong proficiency in programming languages such as PHP/Symfony
* Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases.
* Understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
* Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git).
* Knowledge of cloud infrastructure services (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
* Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and in teams.
* Good communication skills and proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
What you will do
* Design and implement high-performance backend solutions.
* Collaborate with frontend developers to create seamless integration points.
* Coordinate with product and business teams to understand requirements and provide technical insights.
* Participate in code reviews and mentoring of junior engineers.
* Optimize existing backend systems for performance improvements.
* Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies.
