Who We Are Looking For
We are looking for an ambitious and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Sales Account - New Business. The ideal candidate will work closely with our management team to expand the agency's business in alignment with clear and specific goals.
Key Responsibilities
New Business Development
Analyze and develop business opportunities
Lead generation
Manage prospects:
initial contact and meeting arrangements
Organize agency presentations and sales meetings
Participate in events and trade shows
PR activities
Client and Project Management
Manage assigned clients and projects
Engage in up-selling and cross-selling activities
Coordinate with the different team to ensure timely and accurate project delivery, aligned with client expectations
Required Skills and Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as an Account Manager in a communication or web agency
Knowledge of the fashion industry, digital marketing dynamics, and especially social media
University degree in marketing/communication or related fields
Excellent English, both spoken and written
Excellent command of Microsoft Office
Experience in client and project management
Requires travel and own vehicle
Availability for on-site work in Milan
Own a VAT number (Partita IVA)
