Creative Project Manager – Milan (Remote, Flexible, NY Hours)
Overview
BRAVÒ is a creative production studio that relies on a trusted network of external collaborators to produce award-winning video and photo projects. We connect the best freelance talent in the industry with the right opportunities, bringing together creators, producers, and filmmakers for high-level execution.
We are looking for a Creative Project Manager to oversee the creative pipeline and manage the full project lifecycle—from briefing to execution and implementation. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, communication, and adaptability, ensuring seamless coordination between the creative and production teams while maintaining efficiency.
This is a demanding but highly flexible role, perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced production environment and is comfortable with a non-traditional work structure. There are no strict work/non-work delineations—you can be anywhere and have additional gigs but you must always be available and responsive as production requires, including occasional weekends.
Key Details
• Location: Must be based in Milan but will work remotely.
• Availability: Must be responsive during New York business hours, as the rest of the team operates from NY. This doesn’t mean working late into the night, but being aware that 9 PM Milan time is still 3 PM in New York, so there may still be key tasks or requests coming in that need to be addressed before the NY team wraps up for the day.
• Flexibility: While working remotely, the expectation is high availability and responsiveness —this is not a traditional 9-to-5 role but one that adapts to production timelines.
• Software-Driven Approach: We believe in leveraging technology to streamline production. If you’re an old-school producer who relies solely on emails and spreadsheets, this role won’t be a fit. We use the following tools extensively, and you’ll need to own them as skills :
• Airtable – Project management
• Figma – Creative documentation
• Frame.io – Content asset storage
• Google Drive – Archival and document management
• Dropbox – Production-related file storage
• Webflow & Kirby – Website management
• Brevo – Mailing lists
• AI & the Future of Work: We firmly believe in the future of work through AI and prioritize hiring candidates who are familiar with AI workflows and excited about the space. Whether you’re a ChatGPT wizard, an automation expert, or a Stable Diffusion pro, we value people who embrace technology to enhance efficiency, creativity, and production workflows. If you’re passionate about AI-driven tools, you’ll thrive in this role.
