As a Call Center Representative, you will support the organization by educating and guiding customers to find the information they need in a timely manner. The ideal candidate will have an infectious personality, compassion to help people, and organizational skills.
Job Details
* Job Title: Call Center Representative
* Location: Madison, WI
* Pay Range: $22-24/hr
Responsibilities
* Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with benefits and other compensation questions.
* Provide excellent customer service to ensure a 5-star experience.
* Enter and maintain detailed notes in electronic customer files.
* Participate in ongoing professional training.
* Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Qualifications
* Positive, empathetic, and team-oriented attitude.
* Dispatch, call center, or customer service experience.
* Willingness to learn and accept coaching.
* Knowledge of customer service principles.
* Basic computer and data entry skills.
* Dependable and reliable.
* Strong interpersonal, communication, listening, problem-solving, and multi-tasking skills.
* High school diploma or higher education.
