IT support (1st / 2nd line support)
I am recruiting for an IT support engineer to work for a market research technology company based in Milan. This person will work with the EMEA support engineers to support users across Europe and the local office.
Experience
* Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Active Directory, Azure AD, Office365 suite, SharePoint/OneDrive
* Experience with VDI infrastructure (VMware Horizon) is beneficial
* Experience in troubleshooting hardware, software, and network issues
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide effective customer support
* Basic understanding of IT security principles and practices
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Good communication skills
* Must able to provide support in both English and Italian and be fluent in having a conversation in both languages
This is a full time permanent role based onsite five days a week. Salary on offer is €30,000 - €45,000 plus benefits.
