The Sales Manager will be responsible of an assigned customer portfolio within an assigned geographical coverage or based on assigned goals. Job ResponsibilitiesBe responsible for sales initiatives: focused on new sales opportunities, client visits and managementWork across the Idrotherm 2000 Group providing cross selling and upselling solutionsDrive and monitor the sales activities focusing on commercial KPIs (e.g. order intake, marginality, proposals pipeline)Lead and providing support on major contracts, tenders and quotationsObjectives setting coaching and performance monitoring of Sales Representatives or distributors Track competitor activity and providing updates on competitor news and intelligenceBe aware and understand the Quality Policy. Ensure that all assigned activities are executed in accordance with the Idrotherm 2000 QMSBe aware of the quality of his own work and its impact on service delivery and contribute to the QMS improvement according to his/her rolePursues and secures business with consolidated customers in line with the business objectivesStay up to date with Idrotherm 2000 Group’s current and future offerings and technology solutions, including but not limited to customer tailored toolsLead and support the negotiation with the Clients Ensures customer relationship management tools are updated on time and are of excellent quality Experience At least three years of experience in a similar role. Knowledge of the following sectors is preferable:Pipes PE – PP – CAST IRON Fittings – PUMPS CompetenciesBuilding and Developing Professional/Technical Knowledge: Gain core knowledge of technical/professional areaBusiness Development: Shape the business development strategy Education Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering General or Economics is preferredLanguage : -English proficiency level-Second language as a plus German and/or French.
