Trade Marketing Manager
Main Purpose:
The Trade Marketing Manager is a strategic position within the dynamic and exciting Motorcycle business. This role focuses on trade activation of the marketing plan, aiming to strengthen Brand projects in the market and facilitate connections between Countries and Regions.
* Market Activation: Develop current Retail Programs with key marketing support, ensuring implementation at the Country level. Manage sell-out promotions and end-user activities to grow the Retail Channel.
* Motorsport Activation: Leverage current/future Motorsport sponsorships by coordinating European Countries and supporting the marketing department in utilizing valuable Motorsport content.

* Digital Marketing: Supervise and monitor digital marketing plan execution, including website and social media collaboration with third parties. Track key metrics such as SEO, total visits, new sessions, bounce rate, and conversion, as well as social media metrics like reach and engagement.
* Budget Management: Ensure efficient event-related budget through detailed cost review and effective negotiation, maximizing event ROI without compromising quality.
* PR Management: Coordinate PR activities and select key Motorsport/Motorcycle content for interesting stories and increased Dunlop presence in selected media channels.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
* Retail Channel Activation: Develop the Retail Program from a Trade Marketing perspective, supporting promotions, merchandising, POS materials, training courses, and more.
* Digital Marketing Plan: Design and implement a digital marketing plan focusing on Social Media, including strategy, goals, budget, and tactics. Monitor website KPIs and ensure development over time with third-party collaboration.
* PR Management: Coordinate all PR/ATL activities as part of the communication plan and share content internally with different departments/Countries.
Requirements:
* Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing positions.
* Knowledge and skills in Marketing, Motorcycle industry, Digital marketing, Communication, Flexibility, and result-oriented presenting, writing, and editing.
* Ability to work in virtual teams, excellent English language proficiency, and ability to learn, develop, and grow within the function.
