What Will You Do?
As a CRO & Web Analytics Coordinator at Giorgio Armani, you will develop strategies for effective data analysis and reporting to improve conversion rates. You will define digital KPIs, analyze user engagement with Armani’s digital touchpoints, and collaborate with the Business Intelligence team to create executive and operational reports. Additionally, you will maintain the analytics tagging plan, perform A/B testing to enhance user experience, and provide data-driven recommendations for design optimization. Your role involves close collaboration with HQ and regional teams to share guidelines and best practices for monitoring digital activities.
