This role has the responsibility to procure Services related to the following Indirect categories (with strong attention to the purchasing activities linked to foreign companies and branches controlled by KT and/or Maire Tecnimont and other Subsidiaries):
General Services and Facility Management (Canteen, Car Fleet, Car Rental Travel, Security, Cleaning, Hotels, Office Supplies) ICT (Hardware, Software, Fixed & Mobile Telecommunications) HR Services Communication Services (Events, Marketing) Consulting Services (Fiscal, Administrative, Legal, Strategy) Engineering and Technical Services Project Services She/He will report directly to the Department Group Leader. Main Responsibilities:
Negotiate with suppliers best costs and service levels. Organize and run tenders leveraging also e-Procurement System. Perform Economical Bid Evaluation and propose awarding. Secure compliance with internal procedures and protocols. Identify and propose cost savings / process improvement opportunities also through constant interfacing with Group Companies. Required Skills:
4/5 years of Purchasing experience for categories in scope. Experience in operating in international challenging environment. Experience in end-to-end tender management (RFx Process). E-procurement systems knowledge is a plus. Experience in preparing and executing negotiation with suppliers both on costs and contracts Terms & Conditions. Experience in contract preparation. Ability to interface and manage Internal Stakeholders (EPC Contractor work background is a plus). Ability to manage multiple priorities. Problem solving skills and ability to resolve conflicting situations. Strong written and verbal communication skills in the English language. Team player with ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships. Good computer skills, proficient with MS Office applications and SAP. Education:
