About the role:
We’re looking for a Freelance, part-time Product Marketing Manager to drive the growth of Xolo Italy by crafting compelling messaging, launching new features, and ensuring our offerings resonate with Italian solopreneurs. You’ll work closely with product, growth, and customer success teams to bridge the gap between our solutions and the needs of our audience.
We can offer a part-time workload, with a minimum of 20 hours/week.
As a Product Marketing Manager, you’ll:
* Develop positioning and messaging to clearly communicate the value of Xolo Italy’s services to freelancers and self-employed professionals.
* Own go-to-market (GTM) strategies by planning and executing product launches to drive adoption and engagement.
* Research and analyze the Italian freelance market to refine our offerings and communication.
* Create compelling content, including product pages, email campaigns, blog posts, and case studies, to engage and convert users.
* Explore partnerships and co-marketing opportunities to expand Xolo’s reach and enhance brand awareness.
* Collaborate with growth marketing to optimize campaigns and attract qualified leads.
You are the one we are looking for if you have:
* 3+ years of product marketing experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or a freelancer-focused product.
* Deep understanding of the Italian freelance/self-employment ecosystem.
* Fluent Italian & strong English skills.
* Experience working with CRM tools.
* Ability to measure the impact of campaigns and make informed decisions based on data.
* You can turn complex topics into clear, engaging messages.
